Welcome to my therapeutic and artistic space. As a licensed art therapist, I am dedicated to using creative processes to foster self-discovery and emotional well-being. Alongside my therapy practice, I engage in my own art therapy, crafting unique handmade ceramics and jewelry to share with my local community.
My mission is to help individuals reacquaint with their inner artist, and access this form of self expression as a way to heal trauma, anxiety, depression, build self esteem and healthier relationships.

What is your therapeutic style?

My style is affirming, creative, and open minded. I use an integrated approach in my work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and sexuality issues. In my practice I aim to create a safe, welcoming space for clients to explore, laugh, create, and deepen their relationship with themselves. I am inclusive, and enjoy working with diverse clients including BIPOC, immigrants, LGBTQIA and polyamorous communities.

What can I expect from our first therapy session?

The environment of the therapy session is very important, and I aim to create an open, creative, and regulating space for clients. I am very transparent about the treatment process, and upon meeting the client, will start by gaining an understanding of the client's therapy goals. Together we will co-create a treatment plan and goals that feel aligned. I primarily see clients via teletherapy, but if we meet in person, session will take place outdoors and art materials will be available.

What is Eco Art Therapy and how is it beneficial?

Eco art therapy is a type of therapeutic approach that merges talk therapy, mindfulness, and visual art making. The art materials are found in nature, redistributed or arranged in a new way, and left behind in its natural environment. It is an accessible medium, and no prior experience with art is required.

The process allows us to notice more and appreciate the nature around us. We begin to see patterns, shapes, and colors in a new way. Through the art process you are able to tap into a part of self that you don’t get to see, and give it an artistic expression. The act of engaging in eco art is regulating, mindful, and joyous. The process of finding, creating, and leaving behind is a lesson in itself. It is a process of release, and a good one to
practice.

Where can I purchase your work?

I do not currently have an online shop. I make sure to post my latest work for sale on my Instagram page. If you see something you like message me and I will give you the details, price, and shipping information. You can find the Instagram link at the top or bottom of my website.
If you are in the Bay Area, I do monthly in person markets where I sell and showcase my work. I post the information on my Instagram page as well. I would love to meet you in person!

How do I place an order for commissioned work?

Please contact me via email (or fill out the contact form on my website). Provide details including your idea, color scheme, and date you need the pieces by. I will respond within 48 hours to get more details and provide a timeline for the piece.
